What is a Resonance Plate?

The Resonance Plates are power tools to help strengthen your auric field, work to release your blockages on mental emotional and spiritual level. They are codes to activate your disconnected genetic code or junk DNA  allowing it to resonate at higher frequencies by accessing new source intelligence. They are protectors to safe guard and harmonise your living space from harmful invisible EMF waves.

What sizes do the Resonance Plates come in?

The Resonance Plates come in a range of sizes from:

  • The coaster style Resonance Plates – Size 140mm – 160mm
  • Medium Plate – 20”
  • Large Plate – 40”
You don’t have the crystal or paint colour I want. Can I personalise my Resonance Plate?

Yes this is an option if we can source the colour you want. Please contact our Harmonic Frequencies Customer Service Team and they will be happy to help you.

Can I have both sides of my plate hand-finished using different crystal colour paints?

Yes this is possible. Please contact our Harmonic Frequencies Customer Service Team and they will be happy to help you.

Delivery

We realise once you’ve ordered your Resonance Plate, you will be looking forward to its arrival. When you place your order and your payment is processed, we shall then begin creating your chosen design.

We ask for 4-6 weeks from the time you place the order to the time the plate lands on your doorstep. Once the order has been received and completed, we will email to confirm when your order has been despatched.

We shall work with our couriers to ensure your delivery will arrive within 5 days from the date of dispatchment.

Although we promise to despatch your order quickly and efficiently, it should be remembered that delivery is not guaranteed within this timescale especially if the supply of the plate is delayed by an event outside of our control. Parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations especially in transit to international countries.

Parcels sent to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, certain parts of Scotland, Europe and the rest of the world may allow more time then deliveries to the UK.

We endeavour to keep you posted by email every step of the way, so you are always informed to when you shall receive your Resonance plate.

If their are certain items that we are unable to post overseas and if this impacts your order we will contact you immediately.

Which countries do you sell to and deliver to?

We sell all across the United Kingdom and Europe, USA and Canada. If you come from a country outside of these areas, please contact us. If it’s possible to deliver to you we will do.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We currently don’t add any shipping costs on our products.

Does the cost include custom and import taxes?

We do not accept responsibility for any customs and import taxes if you are ordering from outside the UK please take this into account when ordering your Resonance Plate. We also don’t take responsibility for any delays caused due to customs.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver our Resonance Plates to all of the UK, Europe, USA and Canada. If you are outside these area please get in touch with our customer service team and we will see of we can help you.

How long will my order take to deliver?

The Resonance Plates are hand-finished and created especially for you. Please allow a 4-6 week period from ordering your Resonance Plate to time of delivery.

It may be longer or shorter depending on your customisation requirements. However we will keep you updated on the progress of your plate. We offer the best customer service so will be in touch with you throughout the order process.

How will my parcel be sent UK mainland?

All items will be sent by our designated courier we work with a few to ensure our deliveries are taken care of and arrive in the best condition. We offer free shipping. So all the plates are shipped on completion at no extra charge to you.

Please note our shipping charges do not allow for any charges levied by Customs in the destination country, nor do we accept responsibility for paying such charges.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail notification advising of this.

Help! I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?

Normally you will receive a tracking number to track your plate. If that doesn’t help then please Contact us – we will do anything we can to help.

For deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world, if your item is not collected at the depot and is returned to us and we have contacted you for further instructions with no response: then you may be liable for extra storage cost and or further delivery cost.

Please see terms and conditions. we will issue a refund minus any costs incurred to Resonance Harmonics.

We accept all major credit cards if you have any problem please contact our Customer Service Team.

We operate a returns policy for unwanted and faulty goods

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please contact us first.

Unwanted Goods

If you are not happy with your plate we would like to work with you to understand the concern and help you to rectify any problems. In order to accept an refund please contact us within 14 days of delivery of the Resonance Plate. 

 

Please return goods unused and in original packaging in perfect condition for resale within 14 days of receipt. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. A full refund minus the shipping costs will be made on receipt of the returned goods. 

 

Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs when returning unwanted goods. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

 

When a customer orders personalised goods the Harmonic Frequencies  Team will work with you to create the perfect Resonance Plate. As we work with you on a one-2-one basis, Harmonic Frequencies might have to order specific materials for you to complete the personalised plate, if you change, cancel or return the item due to no fault of Harmonic Frequencies we will charge for any additional expenses incurred due to the personalisation of the plate. This would include the time, materials and shipping of the goods.   

Faulty Goods

If any of the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge. 

Exchanging Goods

Yes we will gladly except exchanges on orders that are not on personalised. If you are unsure about what you want please contact our Harmonic Frequencies Customer Service Team and we will be more then happy to guide you through the process of ordering your Resonance Plate.

In order to accept an exchange please contact us within 14 days of delivery of the Resonance Plate. The Resonance Plate must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. If you are not happy with your plate we would like to work with you to understand the concern and help you to rectify any problems. Please contact our Customer Service Team.

 

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Cancelling your order. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date you received your order. To cancel your order please contact us in writing within 14 days. 

 

If you would like to amend your order and the order has not been dispatched we will happily take payment of the extra items and send all items out together. If your order has already been dispatched we cannot add anymore items and you will be required to place an additional order. 

Will any return costs be refunded?

If you return something because of an error on our part or because it’s damaged or defective, we will refund any charges incurred in returning the item to us by refunding your return postage costs up to 2nd class postage only.

 

We’ll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover our fees and expenses from you. 

My Payment Card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?

We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired we will send a cheque to cover any refund costs. 

When will I receive my refund?

We action all refunds within 3 days of receipt of the goods,  it can take up to 3 working days for the refund to show on you card. 

What about Personalised Plates?

When a customer orders personalised goods our Resonance Harmonics Team will work with you to create the perfect Resonance Plate for you. As we work with you on a one-to-one basis and Resonance Harmonics might have to order specific materials for you to complete the personalised plate, if you change, cancel or return the item due to no fault of Resonance Harmonics, Resonance Harmonics will charge for any additional expenses incurred due to the personalisation of the plate. This would include the time, materials and shipping of the goods.   

 

When accepting an order for personalisation goods we will request a 10% deposit to begin process. 

What does each plate mean?
