- 2 X Daily 3 oz protein size of the palm of your hand
- 2 X Daily 1 Handful of vegetables from safe list
- No Dairy
- No Fat
- No sugar (Small amounts of Stevia are allowed)
- No starch
- 4 small breadsticks (Gluten free)
- 1 small Fuji apple
- 1 small orange
- 8 glasses alkaline water
- 2 – 3 cups Wu Yi Oolong tea
Additionally:
- do not eat the same type of proteins in a day
- do not eat the same type of vegetable in a day
- choose only ONE type of vegetable with you meal – no mixing
