Phase 4 - HCG Weight-Loss Program

This is your eating plan for life to keep you slim, trim and healthy! Up to this point you have been an addictive slave to food.

What you will notice:

  • You no longer have uncontrollable urges to eat when not hungry.
  • Eating normal small amounts of food will leave you feeling satisfied.
  • There will no longer be food cravings.
  • The hunger pangs will no longer be constant and intense.
  • Your energy levels will be high.
  • Your sleep pattern will be greatly improved.
  • Your skin, nails and eyes will look and feel good.
  • You will no longer have feelings of depression and anxiety.
  • You will have developed new habits giving yourself empowerment.
Rules to keep on track for the rest of your life:
  • Eat only 100% organic meat, fruit and vegetables
  • No canned or preserved food especially anything that is mass produced
  • No fast food
  • Do a Candida cleanse at least 2 X year
  • Do a liver cleanse at least 2 X year
  • Do a parasite cleanse at least 2 X year
  • Always eat a good breakfast followed by 6 small meals daily
  • Complete your last meal at least 3 hours before bed time
  • Have a fresh organic salad with lunch and dinner
  • Use raw apple cider vinegar as often as possible
  • Use coconut oil in cooking
  • Drink a variety of herbal teas including Oolong tea
  • Use Stevia as a sweetener
  • Follow the same eating plans as before - eat until satisfied
  • Drink fresh cantaloupe & water melon juices
Limit the following:

These are all high in corn syrup, fructose, dextrose and sucrose, contributing to obesity.
  • Breads
  • Sauces
  • Salad dressings
Avoid:
  • Aspartame - found in many processed products including yogurts - read labels carefully and create a personal awareness within you
  • All tran’s fats
  • MSG and food containing nitrates
  • All sodas
  • Farm-raised fish
  • Personal products containing laurel sulfate or propylene glycol used in shampoos
  • Avoid using the microwave when you can
Exercise and sleep are important:
  • Sleep 7- 8 hours a night
  • Do cardio 3 X weekly
  • Do weights and resistance training 3 X week
  • Take a day off for the body to regenerate
Beneficial supplements to use are:
