Phase 3 - HCG Weight-Loss Program
This phase is vital to the success of resetting your metabolic rate to a high normal state. It is important to weigh yourself daily every morning after emptying your bladder. It takes 3 weeks after finishing phase 2 for the weight to stabilize. The weight must stay within 2 lbs of the weight you ended phase 2 with.
If your weight goes up beyond the 2 lbs please follow this protocol:
REMEMBER THIS IS ONLY FOR 21 DAYS ... YOU CAN DO IT!
- For 21 days ONLY ... you can eat and not feel hungry!
- Use your HCG Cook Book for delicious variations of the food you are allowed to eat.
- All vitamins & supplements can now be re intoduced should you feel you need them - keep to minimum amounts - do not overload the system again
- A Candida cleanse should be done in this stage however it is optional
- You may now eat as much food and any type of food you wish
- Include 2 organic Fuji apples a day
- Always eat a large salad with your lunch or dinner
- 8 glasses of water daily
- 1 organic grape fruit daily
- Take 1 teaspoon raw organic coconut oil a day
- Take 1 – 3 tsp of raw organic apple cider vinegar a day
- Drink Wu Yi Oolong Tea, Eleotin tea, Yerba mate tea in any quantities
- Use Stevia as a natural sweetener
- Eat a large breakfast
- Eat 6 small meal a day Eat before 6.30pm
- Take pro biotics daily and digestive enzymes with your meal
- Add hot peppers to your cooking
- Add cinnamon to your food
- Add additional fibre to your diet by the use of flax seed and oat bran
- Place smaller amounts of food on your plate but eat until satisfied
- Be conscious of how you feel stop eating when you are no longer hungry
- Always sit down at a table when eating ... NO TV!
- Play relaxing music
- Eat slowly and enjoy every mouthful
- No sugar, dextrose, sucrose, honey, molasses, high fructose, corn syrup, or any sweetener
- No starches, including breads, pastas, any wheat product, white rice, potatoes or yams
- No artificial sweetener including asparatane, sucrulos, nutraSweet, Spenda, saccharin
- No food from fast food outlets
- No trans fats including hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils
- Limit all non-prescription drug use
- Limit ice-cold drinks
- Limit exposure to air conditioning
- Limit exposure to fluorescent lights
- Avoid MSG
- Avoid farm raised fish
- Avoid lotions, creams and body care products with propyl glycol or sodium laurel sulphate
- Exercise for 1 hour daily
- Do resistance training
- Do weight training
- Do yoga
- Use a chi machine
- Use a rebounder
- Sweat for 20 min in a regular sauna or infra red sauna
- Get at least 20 min sun daily
- Listen to relaxation CD
- Get at least 7 – 8 hours sleep a night
- Buy and use a shower filter
If your weight goes up beyond the 2 lbs please follow this protocol:
- On that same day skip all food until your evening meal
- During that day drink as much water and tea you can take in
- For dinner have the biggest organic steak you can get ...
- to be grilled or fried with oil and seasoned with pepper and herbs but NO salt may be added
- you may add to this 1 large organic tomato or apple
