Phase 2 - HCG Weight-Loss Program
First 2 Days:
You are required to eat as much and as often as you desire of any type of food you wish, without restriction. However, you could use the food lists at the bottom of the page as a guide.
Third Day:
You will begin taking the Homeopathic HCG in the amount of 10 drops 3X daily. The 500 calorie eating plan starts here and should be strictly adhered to in order to achieve the required weight loss and to reset the metabolism to a normal “HIGH”.

- Daily exercise in the form of Cardio
- Sufficient downtime & relaxation
- Make time for yourself
- At least 7 – 8 hours a sleep a night
- Do not eat after 7:30 pm
- Drink at least 2 cups Wu Yi Oolong tea a day

- Whatever your weight is divide by 2. This is the amount of fluid ounces you should consume each day. At least half should be taken in the form of water for cleansing & flushing.
