Phase 1 Is Totally Optional
Using The Following Formula For 7 Days
- It is based on healthy eating and exercise.
- A liver cleanse should be undertaken 4 weeks prior to starting phase 2.
- This maximizes the affect of Phase 2.
- Suggested reading Kevin Trudeau’s book “The Weight Loss Cure They Don’t Want You to Know About”, featuring Dr Simeon’s protocol for weight loss.
- In Dr Simeon’s book there are only 2 phases.
- Reduce high fat content food
- Reduce processed foods
- Reduce starches and carbohydrates
- Reduce the amount of sugar in your diet
- Walk
- Drink alkaline water
- Use Pro-biotics and Digestive Enzymes
- Eat fresh fruit and vegetable daily
- Do a colonic cleanse
- Drink green tea
- Eat regular meals
- Eat large fresh salads with lunch and dinner
- Limit all pop
- Avoid fast food
- Get at least 7 – 8 hours of sleep each night
- Learn to relax and enjoy some down time
- Try to eat only organic produce
- Do a Thyroid Basal Temperature and resting pulse test DAILY for SIX days.
- Use only a basal thermometer.
- Take your temperature and resting pulse rate first thing in the morning before getting out of bed and RECORD.
- This method is based on the work of Dr Broda Barnes.
- Men can perform this anytime.
- Woman should do this at the time of their menstrual cycle.
- While doing this do not use heated blankets or hot water bottles.

- Resting pulse is 78 – 85 bpm

- 4 oz hot water
- Juice of 1 fresh organic lemon
- 1 Teaspoon Organic olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Blend together and drink
